How to Apply for FIT’s Help
- Call the FITline at 707-645-3000 and leave your name and phone number.
A FIT representative will make contact as soon as possible to discuss what
is needed, Monday through Friday, and schedule an interview.
You may download an application from this site or the interviewer will
get one to you. They will review the application with you during the interview.
Application:
- Complete a two-page questionnaire fully and truthfully.
- Present application to the interviewer at the time of meeting.
